WHAT IT IS: This transfer-resistant formula easily lasts up to 12 hours and delivers ultra flexible, long-lasting color in a variety of unique shades. The comfortable texture applies to lips like an ink, featuring intense color that goes on velvety but dries down matte.

HOW TO USE: Use the doe foot applicator to precisely apply to lips as desired. The formula is slow to dry, which gives the flexibility to be creative with looks such as ombre lips, or layering a shadow / highlighter over the top. For longest wear, do NOT apply over moisturizer, chapstick or lip primer. Allow to dry fully before eating or drinking.
